Custom Development

Manufacturers and distributors with a sales team

From request to PDF. With nothing for your team to retype.

We build you a custom quoting platform for your operation. The request or tender arrives in whatever format it comes in, the AI extracts the items and matches them against your unified catalog, and your sales team sends out the proposal with cross-selling and the argument behind it.

Enterprise · For your sales team

Large supplier? Stop building every quote from scratch.

For manufacturers, distributors and retailers with tenders, thousands of SKUs and an installer network. A custom quoting platform that automates your sales team's process end to end: from the requirement or tender to the final PDF.

The problem

Quoting projects costs you more than you think.

The commercial work behind a quote is manual, slow and error-prone. Every quote is built from scratch even when projects repeat.

Everything goes through one person

Every quote depends on whoever costs it. That bottleneck caps the commercial capacity of the whole team.

The rep can't answer the client

They depend entirely on the cost estimator. In front of the client they can't commit to anything: no scope, no range, no timeline.

Every project starts at zero

History isn't reused. Nearly identical projects get costed line by line all over again, month after month.

The catalog lives in parallel spreadsheets

Half a dozen files nobody keeps in sync. Finding a product means asking someone, not querying a system.

Cross-selling gets lost

The complementary scope the job needs anyway, accessories and hardware, falls out of the quote and out of the sale.

Every slow quote is a project where a competitor can get there first.

From email to PDF before and after.

The manual process has four steps and every one depends on people. The platform keeps your team where it decides and automates the rest.

Today, by hand
1 to 3 days
per hand-built quote
  • The rep receives the requirement and forwards it to the estimator by email.
  • The estimator opens a blank spreadsheet.
  • Checks the catalog spreadsheets, one by one.
  • Builds the quote line by line.
  • Applies margins and adds installation and freight.
  • Generates the PDF, reviews it and sends it back to the rep.
With the platform
30 min to 4 hrs
design target per quote
  • The rep uploads the documentation exactly as it arrived.
  • The AI extracts the items and maps them to your catalog.
  • The rep reviews the draft that's already built.
  • The system suggests cross-selling and completes the scope.
  • The estimator validates margins and approves.
  • The platform generates the PDF in your format.

The times above are the platform's design target, not a measured result. We calibrate them against your real quotes during Discovery.

How we build it

Sales reps first

A simple interface: the rep produces the full draft without depending on the estimator.

The estimator reviews, doesn't build

They get the draft already built, validate margins and approve in minutes.

AI where it helps, humans where they decide

The platform proposes: it extracts, calculates, suggests. Your team reviews and decides.

Nine modules, one platform.

Built on your process, not on a template. Each module lands when it makes sense.

Multi-format ingestion

Upload the requirement as it came: text, PDF, AutoCAD drawing (.dwg), Word, Excel or tender portal.

AI extraction

Vision plus language model: it detects the products the document asks for and leaves them ready to review.

Unified catalog

Your SKUs indexed and searchable in one place. A single source of truth, no parallel spreadsheets.

Vertical configurator

Data centers, hospitals, retail, airports. Each vertical with its own logic and its own requirements.

Historical memory

Reuses similar quotes you already made. What you solved once doesn't get solved twice.

Cross-selling

Detects the complementary scope the vertical calls for and suggests what's missing before you quote.

PDF in your format

Your current header and layout. The client receives the document they already know.

Dual workspace

Rep and estimator in the same system, with different roles and shared data.

CRM and reporting

Quote tracking, status of every project and reports for your sales team.

The differentiator

It doesn't just quote. It recommends.

The AI doesn't throw products at random. It explains why they matter given the type of job, the use it will get and the client's history.

Cross-selling: completing what the job will need anyway

In a kitchen and bathroom remodel some materials are needed no matter what, and they still slip out of the quote.

  • Flags the square meters of tile quoted without adhesive or grout.
  • Flags the shower or basin with no trap, no supply hoses and no shut-off valve.
  • Warns that the primer is missing before the paint, and the sealant at the joints.
  • Suggests the full set instead of the loose part: vanity, countertop and faucet.

Premium upsell, with an argument

Trading up only holds if there's a reason the client understands.

  • From ceramic to porcelain where the floor gets wet and is walked on daily.
  • From standard paint to washable anti-mold in a bathroom with no ventilation.
  • From a basic faucet to a thermostatic single-lever one.
  • From a melamine countertop to quartz when the kitchen gets daily use.

Every quote is a conversation with arguments.

The rep doesn't show up with a price list. They show up with a proposal.

How we work

Three phases, each with clear deliverables and a go/no-go decision at the end. If it doesn't convince you, it stops there.

Phase 01 to 2 weeks

Discovery and PoC

  • Mapping of your current commercial process.
  • Initial catalog import.
  • Proof of concept on your real quotes.
  • Architecture validated before we write the product.
Phase 11 to 2 months

Working MVP

  • Multi-format ingestion and AI extraction.
  • Full catalog loaded.
  • Vertical configurator.
  • Rep and estimator workspace.
Phase 21 to 2 months

Full platform

  • CRM and reporting.
  • Integrations with your internal systems.
  • Automated catalog updates.
  • Continuous learning from your operation.

3 to 4 months end to end, with a go/no-go decision at the close of every phase.

FAQ

How does my catalog get in? In what formats?
However you have it today. The initial import happens during Discovery from your own files, parallel spreadsheets included, and ends up indexed as one queryable catalog. Having that load refresh itself from your source is Phase 2 work, once we know where your data comes from. You don't need to tidy up the catalog before starting: that mess is part of what we're here to fix.
What happens to the confidentiality of my prices?
The platform is yours, not a shared catalog: your prices and margins are used to quote your own work and are not published inside third-party quotes (that's Integrate your Catalog, a different solution). The rest, where it's hosted, who has access and what we sign, is settled during Discovery and before we touch your data.
Does it integrate with my ERP and internal systems?
Integrations with your systems are Phase 2 work. Which ones and how far they go is not something we promise before seeing them: it comes out of Discovery, which exists to map your operation. What we can say: the platform doesn't need to be wired to your ERP to start, the catalog gets imported anyway and the MVP runs on that.
When do I see something working?
At the close of Phase 0, in 1 to 2 weeks, with a proof of concept running on your real quotes rather than a generic demo. That's when you decide whether it continues. Every phase closes the same way: with something you can see and a go/no-go decision. If it doesn't convince you, it stops and there's no next phase.
Does the AI decide on its own, or does my team review?
Your team reviews, always. The platform proposes: it extracts the items from the document, maps them to your catalog, calculates and suggests. Nothing reaches the client without someone approving it: the salesperson reviews the draft and the estimator validates the margins. If the extraction misreads a line, it gets fixed in that review, which is a step in the flow and not an exception.
